Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. (1/2 block) extra firm tofu
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 28 grams Leaf Cuisine Garlicky Herb Spread (Smoky Goudha works as well!)
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 20 grams relish or diced pickle

Instructions:

  1. Drain the tofu (no need to press out all of the moisture)
  2. Mash tofu with a fork
  3. Mix in turmeric, salt, and nutritional yeast until well combined
  4. Add in Leaf Cuisine and both mustards – mix thoroughly
  5. Stir in the relish or diced pickle
  6. Serve on crackers, with veggies, in a sandwich, or dig in with a spoon!
